BSAP (Biological Safety Advisory Practice) established in March 1999 is a registered advisory and consultation, educational and training organisation offering services on the prevention & control of infections.
BSAP services provide for the auditing of organisations and institutions to assess resources; structural, equipment, products and personnel in adherence to infection prevention and control standards. Processes undertaken by staff of the institutions are audited and evaluated to assess if policies and guidelines are being adhered to.
Training programmes are specifically targeted to prevent cross infection between clients or patients and heighten awareness of a safe working environment for staff through elimination, substitution and reduction of hazards.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, BSAP Ltd limits the number of participants per educational session dependant on subject being delivered. Named substitutions may be made at any time with notification given by email to

Participants who have been confirmed for specific educational sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to 28 days before the scheduled programme by email to

or by written notification to BSAP Ltd, 27 Castle Cove, Malahide, Co Dublin.
Participants who cancel less than 28 and greater than 14 days before the educational session and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the reserved course place will be billed for 50% of the full course fee.
Participants who cancel less than 14 days before the educational session and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the reserved course place will be billed for 100% of the full course fee. Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100% of the full course fee.
BSAP Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled educational session upon 14 days notice to confirmed participants. (Participants may then enrol in the next available programme, or cancel the registration).
In the event of cancellation by BSAP Ltd, any payment made for the cancelled programme will be refunded. The client understands and agrees that BSAP Ltd shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the client may suffer in the event that BSAP Ltd cancels or reschedules an educational programme.
Client-site training cancellation policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of client-site training less than 28 days before the scheduled date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted fee.
